Default Visiting Niagarfalls

Hello,

We are planning to get Canada Tourist Visa from Detroit and enter into Canada from Detroit and then return to USA through Niagara Falls.
Detroit to Niagara Falls is much shorter if we go through Canada.

Would there be any problem with respect to I-94 cards etc?

We have valid US Visa...

Please let me know your thoughts/expereinces on this

You should be fine. If it is the first time you are visiting Canada, you will have some paperwork and inspection at the border by Canadian Authorities which is also no big deal.

Niagara falls is best when viewed from the Canadian side.

Guys,

As per the plan, We went to Canada last weekend and came back into US.
While going out, they did not take my I-94 and while coming in, they did not issue new I-94. There is no stamp in the passport saying that I left USA or returned to USA.

Is this normal?
Will I have any issues in future when during my I-485 stages?

Please let me know your thoughts
