Default POE in AP

Sorry, this might be a very rookie question because this is the first time I'm going to be using my AP to travel to Belgium and re-enter US.

I received my EAD/AP combo card and the 765 form says "POE as Boston". Can I enter US through any other POE (I'm planning to come via NY) or it has to be what's listed in 765?

Thanks. Your response much appreciated.
