Default 140 approved, can i retain priority date?

I have 140 approved with current employer in EB2 I.

Now i want to change the employer, can i retain my priority date even if my current employer revokes 140

I only have 140 receipt number. no other document.

Thanks

You need an approval I-140 copy which looks like I-797 from the USCIS. Ask your employer to send you a copy, if your employer is not willing to share that information with you, Contact USCIS and demand a duplicate copy of the I-140 under Freedom of Information right act. Without the copy it is impossible for USCIS to retain the priority date. Hope this helps you.
