Default I140 and I485 concurrently filed 7/3/07 - now what?

Hi,
I'm pretty new to IV.
My lawyer filed my I140 and I485 concurrently on July 3rd, 2007.
My priority date is July 1, 2007. I fall under the EB3 category.
Can anyone tell me what the next steps are, now that USCIS has accepted my I140 and I485 concurrent filing? What should I expect and how long will I have to wait before I get my green card?
Thanks.

Is your priority date is July 1, 2007?

Your next steps are to wait and wait and wait... meanwhile you will get your EAD/AP in coming months if you applied for them. For the green card you gotta wait....

Yes I think my priority date is JUly 1st 2007.
I only received labor certification some time in May 2007.
And yes, I have applied for EAD/AP too.

you will have to wait a while for your green card, but the next steps are, you will get a notification for appointment where you will have to go with your passport and get your fingerprinting done, in the meantime you should get your EAD and AP if they were filed for. Please note, since your I140 was filed for at the same time there will be a delay for about one month as they need to verify the data on your I140. In all you should get your EAD and AP in 90 to 100 days time, unless something unusual happens

The Priority Date is the date that your labor was filed.
It has to be before May 2007.

If you have a copy of the approval you will see it there.

Default Priority date effect on I-140 and I-485 question

My labor cert priority date is june '03 but just got laber cert in May '07 and concurrently filed I-140 and I-485 on June 29, '07 (received June30). Would the previous priority means anything for the concurrent filing?

Also,
Did anyone has luck(GreenCard) with the six month service level goal posted on the Processing Time page that they try to process the case within 6 month time frame.

This is Nebraska as example.
