Default AP Denied for Spouse

We filed 485 on July 2nd at TSC.

So far we have recievd

1.All the Reciepts for both of us.
2.EAD for both of us.
3.Finger Printing Notices for both of us. We went to the ASC and submitted the fingerprints.
4.I485 is pending for both of us.

Recently i recievd my Advance Parole, but they denied the AP for my wife.
the reason they gave us was that this person's green card has been approved already, so she doesn't need the travel document.

Has anyone recievd the same kind of response/joke from USCIS recently.

What a mess. We were planning to travel out of the country and now they have messed it up all over again.

Please share your thoughts.

Thanks

I feel sorry for your situation.
Call them and make them aware of the situation. Also let them know of your travel dates. They should realize the mistake and expedite things for you...
also ask your attorney....

It looks like your wife's GC got approved. So she does nott need AP. Call USCIS and check the status of your wife's I-485.
