Additional Info.

When I reached home, the actual cards and courtesy approvals were in my mail box with back dated issue date (1 week ago). Just one day before I opened SRs. It means that the SR never initiated the approvals. There was no update on my case status even though the mail was sent on 05/31/11.

Just a general question (my date will become current in future - PD Nov 2007):

1. Did you all have priority dates current in last VB?

2. If yes, how did you all got medical done so fast & also sent in I-485?

3. Are people getting GC so fast (within few months of current PD)? I heard that some people from VB fiasco are still waiting for GC.

Last year I moved to a different state and didn't file for AC21 after taking the new job. I think that's what triggered the RFE. I am asked to submit a proof of permanent employment and to verify if I am still maintaining same or similar job classification as in LCA.

Default Got BOTH "CPO" & "Decision" e-mails

H'lo Everyone.

My PD (and my wife's) is 17th JUL 2006; Processing Center was TCS (Texas).

Filed I-485 back in 2007 (when the VB had become current).

I got four (4) emails - first two were "Card Production / Ordered". The second two were "Decision - We have registered the Permanent Resident Status..." (something along those lines.

Online status check shows "Decision" and says "On June 1, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

Am I greened and all legit, now??? Can't believe it and don't know how I'm feeling - thought I would be on 'cloud-9'...but, just not feeling anything right now!

Guys, My friend with a priority date of July 16th 2006 got the CPO ordered email from TSC yesterday at 4:00 PM. Both he and his wife got their emails.

At around 9:00 PM yesterday each of them received 3 emails saying as

Status : Decision

On June 2, 2011, we mailued you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADOT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later.

During this step the formal (approve/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and / or emailed to the the applicant/ petitioner.

The first paragraph is great but in the second para it says (approved/denied). He is worried about that. A lot of the guys just get the CPO email and not the email I have give above. Is this some thing to worry about. Please let me know.

Thanks and Regards
