Thumbs down

How can you employer to sure that the dates will remain the same. He is trying to delay your I485 process. Yesterday I was talking to a friend of my mine and he mentioned the same. The employer want to squeeze more $$ and drag the process.

Best of luck.

Thanks for this useful info. My attorney filed 485 concurrently with 140 last month. The USCIS physician did Skin test instead of X-ray. Do you think I will get an RFE for this?

I am thinking we need to wait a long time for the 485 to get approved, mainly due to the volume of the applications due to this huge movement in the PDs.

Default Can I apply for EAD, 485 and AP together

My I40 approval came nearly a year ago; now the 485 PD is current.

Gurus, pls. help. Can I apply 485, EAD and Advanced parole together or need to wait 6 months after 485 to be able to apply EAD.

Convince your employer and file 485 as soon as possible. With the huge volume of the applications who knows what will happen, they might move the date back again.

Default 485 backlogs..

I guess with the flood of application in - 485 stage could be stuck, do you think Cons Processing is a faster route ?

From my understanding you cannot apply for CP unless you have mentioned that you will go for CP when you applied for I-140. Please correct em if I am wrong.

Yes. I need an answer for that as well. As part of concurrent filing can we not just submit I-485 as I-140 is already being processed.
