Both TSC and NSC moved back to pre-fiasco dates - guess they want to take the pace off the adjudication process.
Correction: NSC is right at July 2.

Cool

I believe they want to avoid any phone calls. Since everybody who has called the 800 # has refered to the processing dates......Smart move by NSC and TSC. I believe this will give NSC and TSC the opportunity to process cases beyond those dates without getting questioned.

HOPE continues...Hope they will process cases beyond these published dates.

They had posted I-129, and I-539 dates sometime in Apr, May 2007 in all the service centers !! I refreshed the page few times just to double check.. The date on top was as of August 15, 2008 but the I-129 and I-539 dates were in 2007!!!!

Now they are back to 2008.. phew..

Looks like data entry operator entered 2007 earlier and later corrected it.

Anyways, lets hope we get some good news next month for I-485 dates.

These dates are pretty much telling me "Don't call USCIS ". The CSR will look at your receipt date of July 2nd and say Forget it. We need more time. If by any chance, you filed before July 2nd or June 18th, it should be one month before July 2nd or June 18th. Chances are that you did not as dates moved faster from Jun 07 bulletin. Wow!

Unfortunately, their smartness only comes to the fore when they have to save their own asses. If only they had applied this intelligence towards clearing the backlogs and providing quality service to their paying customers

The I-765 processing date for NSC is March 31st, 2008. Is that even legal? Aren't they supposed to issue the EAD within 90 days by law?

For the love of God.....we have all been watching here that this was never posted on Aug 15th.

what is next ..daylight robbery?
wait that is already going on!

USCIS should outsource their operations to the Indian Government System. I bet there would be improvements nevertheless

After Obama speech last night, the word "outsource" is probably a no-no

The processing dates are a joke!

Only at USCIS do the dates move back with time
