Default EB3 to EB2 porting and any further issues

Hi All,

I have my GC filed in EB3 category from Employer A. If i change my employer and Join employer B, and if i manage to sucessfully port my priority date, will the status of the OLD I140 have any effect on the new I140 in future or during 485 filing.

What i am asking is, say if the old employer cancells the I140 after porting will that show up as a red flag during 485 filing. Can they say that your Old I140 is cancelled so you will not be eligible to get the date during 485 filing.

Regards,
Tarun.
