Unhappy Some one! Please help!

Ok, it's like this. I am a U.S. Citizen. My brother works with a chinese woman at walmart. The woman asked me if I was single. I said yes. She gave me her daughter's email and phone number. We hit it off pretty quick and both like each other. Since then about three months now we fell in love and she invited me to come to china and visit. So I got my passport and visa and came here. I am here now for almost a week. I asked her to marry me and she said yes. We have traveled to beijing and other places and have a lot of pictures. We have spent a lot of time together in this short time. Her family likes me to and we get a long very good. My fiance can speak english ok but not great. What is lost between us we use her translater on her cell phone. I can barely speak chinese at all only a few words. I am leaving to go back to the U.S. in about a week and a half. We are getting married in 2 days before I go back home. I want to bring her back home with me now. Can I do that and if so how? My mother is very sick and dieing from multiple illnesses and bedridden. I want my mother to meet her and see how good she is to me before she dies. What can I do?

Default US Consulate

Take her to US Consulate and make sure you have a marraige certificate that is acceptable according to US standards to present to the Consulate. Additionally, having paperwork regarding your mother's health will definitely help consulate in speeding the process up of granting your to be wife a visa. Hope this helps.

Default Fiancee visa

If you would want your mother to meet her before you marry, you could consider applying for a Fiancee Visa (K1).

Hopefully, it will be quicker than obtaining a Green Card for your wife, but not sure how long it takes in china.

My fiance was baptised yesterday by the preacher. It took me two full days to get here and 3 planes to get a round trip ticket at a good price. We can't makes it back to my house and back here before we get married. But thank you.

Default Try going to a court

As far as i know, you will need to go to a court to get your marriage registered at a local Court in Chinese district and once the marriage certificate is notarized by the court, it would become a valid document to be presented at the US Consulate.
I'm not aware of the certificate procedure in China and i'm only sharing my experience from my home country. I wish you the best of luck and congratulations on your wedding.
