Default Priority dates

Hi,

My company filed for my Green Card Labor application(EB2) under old process in August 2004. Later that application went to backlog processing center. I never followed up after that.
In Feb 2006, we filed again under PERM (EB2) and it was approved followed by I-140 and then I could file for I-485 in July 2007.
Assuming my August 2004 Labor application got approved , is there a way I can use the priority date on that now?

Please advice.
