Default Job title changed before I-140 approval

Hi guys,

My job title changed before PERM approval, but still in the same company. Now the original PERM has been approved, can I use the original PERM for 1-140 application?

My plan is use the original PERM for I-140, after I-140 approval, I will start the new PERM. So I can keep the original PD. Is it legal?
