Default Perm filed & approved,if I-140& i-485 filing together using cross chargeability.

Hello ,

I will appreciate any feed back on my situation.

My husband's company is filing GC under EB2, PERM is approved, we are proceeding to apply for I140 and I485 at the same time based on my country of birth BELGIUM. I am an Indian Citizen, we moved back to India after I was born.

I just realized my last name is incorrect in my birth certificate, will this be a problem? I tried to contact Belgium civil registry to change name and they told me that I have to do this through a lawyer. This will be time consuming process and I have no contacts in BELGIUM.

Another problem I am facing is that in India, people use initials instead of full last name. I have few documents like passport, PAN card which has my full first and last name, the rest of the school/college documents have only first name with initial.

I am not sure what other documents I can produce to prove it is the same person.

I will appreciate if anyone can provide feedback.

Thank you
