Iím a engineering graduate and have 9+ IT experience. Am I eligible for EB2? or should I have Masters to qualify for EB2?

Please advice.

You qualify for EB2 if you have atleast 5 years work experience after your engineering degree AND the job for which this petition is filed requires atleast that. The experience has to be in a somewhat related feild.

"5 Years of Progressive experience" is how they define it technically.

Default Am I eligible under EB2

Add says "Masterís degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in the Job Offered or four (4) year of experience in software engineering"

My qualification is as below:

M.Tech(Computer science and technology) (1.5 years, India)
B.Tech(Civil) ( 3 years, India)
Diploma(Civil) ( 3 years, India)
8+ years of experience.

Education evalution is equilant to US Masters in Computer science Engineering.

I heard that 3 years bachelor's may have issue under EB2. In fact mine is 4 years Bachelor's degree and I was able to complete it in 3 years with advanced standing due to my 3 years diploma, I have a letter from my college also saying the same.

Could you let me know whether this LC matches to my profile under EB2?
