Default H1b visa stamping - Canada or India?

It looks like all Canadian consulates do not have any dates available for visa stamping for the next 6 weeks. Am I doing something wrong? ... even Halifax does not have appts available for next 6 weeks.

I tried to look into Mexico, but the site keep crashing on me....

I am from India, so is it better to go to India for stamping?

Please advice

Default Visa Stamping Nogales Mexico

Hi,
Was reading your thread, I just wanted to let you know that I was able to get an appointment on Sept. 24 at the US Consulate in Nogales, Mexico. I have gotten really good reviews from people that have gone for their appointment in Nogales. A friend also recommended the services of NVS International, www.nogalesvisaservices.com; they will assist me with transportation, dd, hotel, etc. I'm going to Nogales, Mexico because it only takes one day to get everything done and seems to be a lot easier than getting your stamping back in India. Anyway, whatever you decide, good luck.
