Default Can I add old experience in my resume that was given for labor

Hi all,
For Labor certification the summary in my resume stated that I have 10 years of IT experience.
However the resume did not have my first employer experience (I normally do not mention it as it is quite old).

My labor is approved. Now for I-140 purpose shall I change my resume to include my first employer? Or will they not consider it as this was not mentioned when I filed for Labor?

Thanks all.

First of all, what is the logic for you to want to include that experience?
Second of all, by adding it in, what are you going to achieve?

The resume (I sent for Labor) said that I have 10 years of experience at the top.
Still the work history given was less than 10 years.
Can USCIS deny I-140 because of this?

I though I can send an updated resume for I-140 that includes older experience so the total is 10 years.

Thanks for your time.

Resume is not submitted to labor dept or uscis. The relevant forms have columns for work experience and a brief summary of the roles under each employer. So chill out.

USCIS does not have access to your resume that you filed with DoL. They will have a reference to the certified labor applicaton. The certified labor application will have your past employment history. You can include your complete resume if you so desire, but it will not make any impact. But it is good to have it, just in case they count the period you worked. But then again, for all experience you show on your resume, you need to show proof of work experience, normally in the form of experience letters. If you cannot show proof of employment, the experience on the resume does not count. Hope this helps.
