Default Filing AC21 when not working for petitioning employer

I have PD of DEC 2007 EB2I with employer A. I worked for Employer A from Dec 2006 to Dec 2011, and joined employer B in Dec 2011. I filed I485 with agreement from Employer A during April 2012 with intent of joining them after I receive my GC.
I was wondering if I can legally file AC21 after 180 days of filing I485 and continue working for employer B. What will be the advantages of filing or not filing AC21 if I wish to continue working for Employer B even after receiving GC thru Emplyer A GC petition.
Your inputs and feedback will be highly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Hi,

I am also in the similar situation. Gurus could you please reply?

In my case, my previous employer told me that they might not respond to any queries in the future since their Management has changed. My intention was to join my previous employer when i get my GC when i filed my I485. Its been over 180 days since I filed I485 and now I would like to know, the risks/advantages of doing AC21.

Events happened in the following order:
1) Joined Employer A
2) Labor and I-140 approved with employer A
3) Joined Employer B.
4) Priority Date became current and applied I485 with help of Employer A.
5) Now would like to do AC21 with employer B
