New F1 Stamping in India
Need your advice. My brother received an I20 from Findlay U for MBA. He has a B1/B2 and has visited US before.
His undergrad scores are not very good (<50%) and he has marginal scores in GRE. We can show funds and my dad has a good business and property that can assure the visa officer that he will not immigrate and that he need not work here.
1. What are the chances of getting F1 stamped? Concern is mainly due to his poor scores.
2. Can he come to US and convert, legally. If so how to go about it.
Appreciate your inputs.
