Job responsibility filed incorrectly during h1 transfer

Folks,

here is my situation in brief.

I worked as a test engineer in company A, They filed my GC including my 485 for responsibilities of a test engineer. I even applied for my 485 in 2007...

Thanks for the info. I went and pulled up the 9089 filing and just saw that the filing date was 15th may 2006, the expiry date was 3/31/2008 and hence i might have incorrectly assumed that the filing...

Can some one clarify if the PD is based on the day labor application was received or the day it was approved?

My I140 states it as the day it was approved.

My experience

I shifted employers too, my new attorney said it was best to transfer h1b and then do ac21 to take care of gc process. My h1 was approved in 4 days, with premium processing.
