Request for Initial Evidence (I-485)

Just today I received a letter from USCIS, a yellow sheet Request for Initial Evidence (I-485).

Let me give you a quick background, I recently married a USC and I'm in the process of my Adjustment of Status since I entered the country with a visitor's VISA.
I made the mistake of including my income when filing the I-864 Affidavit of Support because my wife does not make enough money due to her being a full-time student and part-time worker.

I filled out the I-864 with her being the sponsor and myself the intending immigrant, I included my income thinking I would be able to in order to meet the Poverty Guidelines. But since I'm not authorized to work in the US, they're asking for ALL of the following evidence or it will result in denial:

- For the household member's income to be included in the household income, it must have been from a lawful source and earned while the household member was authorized to work in the United States.
- Household member IRS 2010 Tax year
- Household member W-2s

I already made the mistake of including my income when I shouldn't have. Meaning I won't be able to send any of that information.

Can I just get a joint sponsor and submit a new I-864 with all of HIS information? and ask USCIS to please consider that information since I won't be able to provide the one they're asking for. Is that possible? Will my application be denied?
