So here is the situation, Or shall we call it Shituation.

For 7 years the democrats have held Legal immigration hostage so they can pass " comprehensive" immigration reform. Now that congress has basically told them to in no uncertain terms that its not going to happen. They decided to move executive actions which effect 5 million undocumented DACA and DAPA and left us in the ditch.

If you click on the top right of this page and see the House judiciary commitee proceeding video you will notice some democrats saying we will do this if comprehensive is passed and most others agree that this system should be changed. But when the time came how the hell did what happened in Dec 2015 happen?

As a community which suffers in backlog we have to make a decision to support the right politicians. The fact that we have decided to get a professional lobbyist means we mean real business with Politicians.

I have gone through the manifesto of most of the Presidential Candidates. The best chance we have to fix legal immigration is if Ted Cruz gets elected.

As per current law H1B visas cannot be used to replace American workers and looks like thats what is going on in Disney..... at least as per the law suit. I am still on H1B visa and definitely against this kind of visa violations.

Reading the NYT article, I did not feel that the article was against me or people like me. But to a lawyer, it sounded like that.....

Bad players are using and will continue to use immigration laws to push Americans out while they have the indentured servants on H-1B. Immigrants are just a tool in this process. Since 60% visas go to Computer related companies, my guess is that there is a lot of displacement happening there (but I am not 100% sure).

Its damn funny to see the administration having no control over its departments. On one hand WH promises, and on the other hand their departments just screw us over. It is extremely painful to have no damn response about the visa gate from the WH or even the DHS Jeh Johnson.

And the mindless case in the court is still dragging on hopelessly.

My little unrelated rant was as I read the update on the litigation after a long time. Any remotest idea, why that case is still active? I thought it was long over. Dragging the crap over...
