DHS Docket No. USCIS-2015-0008

Priority date Retrogression is like Immigration Recession.

When Obama Govt could print a lot dollars and Fed could lower interest rates to solve this problem- Good Job!!!

Does Govt really want to solve Priority date Retrogression problem?

Why is DHS/ USCIS is showing a lot of sympathy with employers for employee turnover?
Dont's they know that employers recover their cost and then start PERM for Green card?

Why is DHS/ USCIS throwing statistical lies at us by saying that if your I-485 is pending for more than 180 then you can be granted EAD? This is not new. Most of the applicants whose I-485 is pending for more than 180 days have already got EAD or will get soon, as per old process?

Children of many of the EB3 category applicant are studying in Senior years of High school/ college. They are unable to plan for Medical school because Med schools don't recognize EAD category of residents who are paying tax, have SSN, have work authorization but are not eligible for fill up applications or get any good scholarship. Though they allow DACA students with same set of documents.

Come on USCIS/ DHS why are you testing our patience to the upper limit?

Some one joked "US Govt/ USCIS is like 'Off the Whisky, Buy Whisky far the Whisky' "
*High skilled young immigrant workers=Workers High immigrant skilled Young (Whisky).

Why not DHS/ USCIS / US Govt can generate Green Card numbers, at least once, or lower the priority date ,so that all who have been waiting for 3-10 years with approved I-140 could get Green Card / EAD?
