EB3-I again scuks :( I'm quite amazed how they control these visas ? They simply don't have logic.

With so much noise about retrogression and a lot of disgusted people who are disgruntled at having to wait all the way from 2009, there is solace at least in the fact that EB3 is not retrogressing.
Now, for all of us EB3I-ers, does anyone think there is reason to believe there will not be any movement at all this upcoming bulletin? I'm trying to prepare for bad news if someone knows something I don't.

I will be happy if the bulletin moves 1 week at a time. I don't see why it should not move.

I am hoping that the EB3 I PD will move by atleast 1 month in Nov 2014 bulletin (which is expected in October 2014) and all clear and pre-adjudicated cases will be approved.

@rsu: No my PD is not Oct 03 - it was a mistake when I created my profile and I don't know how to change it :)

Why does the other person feel it will move a month? Is there some reason to it or just wishful thinking?
