View Full Version : Travel on AP while I-140 withdrawn

I moved from Company A to company B using EAD and filed AC21. 6 months after I left company A, I received a call from Company A's attorney that I-140 was withdrawn. I have renewed my EAD/AP before I-140 was withdrawn. I am planning to travel to India for a short duration.
1.Will there be any issues when I come back using AP(AP was issued before I-140 was withdrawn)?
2. Did anyone face the similar problem?
3. Do I need to carry any document other than AP, OfferLetter and recent paystubs?

Do not worry about it. Its pretty common and people should not be scared by companies that threaten to cancel I140 after you have completed AC21 requirements. There is no need to even file AC21 when you change jobs. You will probably get an NOID. Just reply and appeal and you will be fine.
