Really need to travel back south at this moment I filled my I-130 and I-485 and only received the receipt for the I-130 which doesn't have my a-number .. I wanted to know can't I get pass an ICE / boarder check point during my gray hound bus ride

As long as you have a valid non-immigrant visa and a valid I-94, you should be ok. If not, you would need an EAD (I-765) or the I-485 receipt to show status. I-130 by itself does not confer you a status.

My lawyer has an I- 485 I could get a photo copy

Don't take photocopy, take the original. Photocopies are not valid documents for immigration checks.

If you are crossing the border and entering again you need to have a valid visa or an advance parole to enter into US. Your I485 is just not sufficient. You need to have AP.
