Hi,

I am planning to travel to India urgently because of some personal emergency back home. I have to get my H1-B stamping done if I leave the country right now. I have also applied for the AP and EAD which is underway at the moment.

If in case my H1-B is not approved and my AP is approved in US, can I get it by post and use it to enter the country?

If not, what are the other options in order to enter the country again.

Thanks.

No, you cannot. You need to have the AP approved and in hand before departure.

If not, what are the other options in order to enter the country again.

Those are the only 2 options you have i.e either get H1 stamped before return or use the AP which has been approved before departure.

Thanks.
