Hi All,

I have a 4 yrs bachelors degree and 7.5 years of progressive experience. I want to know what are the chances of getting EB2 approved (I am aware that I can file EB2 based on bachelors + 5 years exp).

I have heard that audits/rfe/rejections in case of border cases (close to 5 years exp) is usual. Let know if it is safe to file a EB2 petition. Employer is one of the big consulting companies so am assuming there should not be a problem on that front.

Let know your opinions.
