Hi,
I am on H1B visa, and I have been with my current employer 2 month. My employer is willing to sponsor me for the green card, but I have to pay the fees. And since by Law , the employer has to pay the fees, will that be a problem?
On average, how much will be overall the cost for the Labor certification process and then the I 140 applications?
And I need help to find a good immigration attorney to start this process for me.

Hi,

Check this link out:

USCIS - Green Card Through a Job (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=24b0a6c515083210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCR D&vgnextchannel=24b0a6c515083210VgnVCM100000082ca60a RCRD)

It's the US immigration website and that page has a description about "Green Card Through a Job Offer" and it explains what to do.

Hope that helps.

Sam.
