Hi Friends,

My PD ( EB3 - India ) will be current from next month - Dec 1st :)
My wife's ticket to travel to India for 4 months is on Dec 8th ( I'm the primary applicant ).
What are the chances that she might be needed here for the GC process ( medical, finger prints, RFEs etc. ). I know it's difficult to tell, but I'm just trying to see the probability of her need here in the US for the GC process. She has valid AP to travel to India and I will be here to take care of any RFE concerning me.

Thanks for your opinion on this matter.

From your post, looks like you have already filed I-485 and now again your PD is becoming current. Since your wife has AP, she can travel and if you both get approved without any RFE's, you can send her GC to India in the post.

In the case of RFE's, it depends what kind of RFE you get, based on that you have to make a decision what to do.

If you get RFE for medicals, your wife has to go to designated Civil Surgeon in US hence she will have to come back.

For finger printing, you can reschedule it.
