Iam writing the details of my case,so that i can get help and help others in the same boat.

Priority date July 27th 2006
In 2009 I had RFE for Medical,Birth certificate and an interview.

In June 2009 interview, after checking everything the adjudicator said, waiting for visa number to be available to adjudicate the case.

In April 2011, case transferred to Texas service center.

Opened 2 service requests in July and Sept 2011
Contacted Senators office

For both, responses were initial review, nothing more.

What should i do next?My husband and my son are derivatives.Iam the primary applicant.Please,advise,help.Iam slowly starting to feel depressed and helpless.
Thank you.

I'm not working in the same position (or even in the same field) as the one I was in when I filed my Greencard. When the time comes for USCIS to approve my case, will I need to prove that I am working in a the same/similar position (or have an offer to work in that position) as I was in when I filed my labor certification?
