Yaye, I received the Decision and CPO emails last night. Waiting for the actual card.

My case falls into one of the special cases. We had applied the 485s during the July 07 fiasco with my spouse's EB3I. I had a Jun 07 EB2I approved from a Fortune 500 company. I had 2 different A#s from the process through my spouse and one for my I140 process. In August 2011, when we saw that my EB2 had a potential to become current, my Attorney sent USCIS a letter to update and link the 2 A#s as one. In Sept 2011, when the October visa bulletin was released, my Attorney sent another letter to switch the roles of the primary to be me and derivative to be my spouse along with my EVL, I140 and copies of I485s.

On October 4, my attorney again sent an email asking for an update for which we received the response saying our case is assigned to an Officer and waiting for final decision. I also opened a SR separately on Oct 5.

October 13 we received a CPO email followed by another CPO email followed by the Decision Email.

Also my company agreed luckily to use the same Attorney as my Spouse to ease the process.

Please feel free to ask me any questions if you are in a similar special case scenario.

I have the exact same situation as yours except mine was EB3I applied in Jul 07 and my wifes is EB2I with PD or March 07. Did an interfile and have not heard anything. My attorney has tried to contact and opened SR but no updates.

Any inputs on what can be done better to have them take my case?

Please try to get Attorney to email TSC.Ncscfollowup@dhs.gov in case your App is pending with TSC. There must be a corresponding email for NSC. That seemed to help in my case.

Hi !

I got an email on 10/19 from the USCIS saying they sent me a letter indicating they need evidence ... 5 days later the mail arrives and the Request is because the Company that sponsored me got Dissolved (went bankrupt) , USCIS now needs to know where I am working, the position I have, the responsabilities, the salary I'm making, and my job history (form G-325-A) , I got everything ready and will have the person that filed my PERM revise it tomorrow, hopefully all is good and will Mail it tomorrow as well !!!!

I wish good fortune to every one else that is still waiting and remember never give up !!
