This does not make sense at all.

If everything is in place (i.e. H1 beneficiary has job, and provides all necessary documents to support during visa interview and at POE) I do not see any rhyme or reason why one cannot visit H1.

Taking visa appointment is such a pain...there are no open slots for tourist/visitor visa . I am trying to take an appointment for last 2.5 months. Checking website everyday

Champu,

Do not just create a thread like this if you do not have much explanation or evidence behind to support your claims.

In this stressed environment it creates more stress.

Please post the link or evidence to support your claim.

Someone please delete this irrelevant thread....

This post is without any proof or any source from US Embassy.

Are you talking specifically about your parents? Nothing else makes sense in your post.

Hi,
I couldn't find Post button in this forums...so i'm asking my question here....

1. I would like to know who is suppose to pay for H1 Extension? Employee or employer?

By law, is it the employer that needs to pay for extension or employee???

Also, hw much fees for H1 extension?

Thanks!

I think there should be a provision to delete a thread :)

Just ignore this thread ... it is a useless one.

I wonder if there was a flag option so we could red flag such threads (not users mind you ... that would open a new can of worms).

Have you all seen Craigslist? If the post is flagged by X # of users, it will automatically be deleted.
I do understand that this is not a commercial site and adding more requirements will be put a lot more burden on the volunteers.
