I got an e-mail on 5th Feb 2009 that USCIS had sent an RFE on my wife's I-485. I want to know who would receive the RFE, the attorney or my wife or both?

Thanks,
Raj

I believe its attorney if attorney has done and submitted all your applications.

Our RFE for 485 went to the attorney.

Thanks every one. I have not heard from my attorney yet, but I have notified them to keep an eye on it. I will update once I know the details on the RFE.

Thanks,
Raj

Today I got the RFE copy from my attorney. They are requesting for I-693 Medical examination for my wife. We did submit that the first time. As I have heard the medical examination form had been revised and needs more vaccination, TB test, X-Ray. We will be having trouble with some or most of these because my wife is pregnant. What should we do? We do have some of the vaccination record that we did the first time, but not the rest of the test results....

Your suggestions please....

You can go visit Physician and since she is pregnant, he will not give her any shots. He will make a note on I-693 to that effect. You can send that to CIS. But I guess you will have to eventually take those shots before your case can be approved. Hope this helps.
