Hello

Im from Brasil and im currently living in the US and My I-140 was aproved for my adjustment of status process and the proper documentation was submitted to the uscis.. now im in line for a visa to be elegible to me (I have been waiting for about 2 years)..
My category is :

Skiller worker or professional, sec.203(b) (3) (A) (i) or (ii)

My priority date is: march 04, 2008

I was trying to read the visa bulletin but its a little bit confusing, maybe someone can help meI would like to know When is the time frame that I can predict that a visa will be elegible to me?? How long more do I have to wait?:confused:

Any help is apreciated..

Hi Marcus,

your case appears to be filed under EB3. Cut-off dates appears to be April1 2005 for ROW( rest of the world other than India,China,Phlippines & Mexico)

You can monitor the Visa Bulletin under Employment Based Visas "3rd" category for ROW or "All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed"
