Every dept head in this government either resigned or left for good.

USCIS also finally bear the burn.

Oh this really really sucks. I dunno if they will ever get another person who gives a f&@3.

Did you all read the Mocanu namecheck decision? That opinion relies pretty heavily on the 2007 Ombudsmans Report to make some of its points.

These idiots are not going to change their ways and continue to be the epitome of inefficiency, delays and ineptitude. Why do I stay here when my opinions and reports are going to do no good. I am here as a face-saving mechanism for USCIS to hide behind me and say "We are pleased with Ombuds recommendations and USCIS is working hard to implement them". But nothing happens. May be I should go somewhere and do something that make real difference. I should resign. Anyway, who wants to be associated with the title that says "Former Employee of Bush Administration". There is some honor left if you say "Resigned from Bush Administration"... So, I resign....

Yours Sincerely

Prakash

(I think this is what went in his mind).

He seems to be a govt. cronie. Like fly on a ripe jack fruit. Soon we will see Ombuds office singing Hosana for USCIS . I strongly believe previous Ombuds was smoked out , because he made so many stinging comments on USCIS.

Until recently he worked for Senator Jon Kyl.....definitely not good for immigrants. His work will be infested with more political elements than professional elements.
