Per processing times, NSC is working on 140 petitions filed on or before November 14, 2006. You will have to hang in there and wait for the PP

140 belongs to company (i.e. company is a petitioner, you are just a beneficiary) - Calling USCIS or taking InfoPass will not get you any updates. Hang in there and keep checking processing times, and status online periodically.

My I-140 was filed in Jan 07 under EB-2 & I got my approval on 10/31. You should expect an approval around spring-summer of 2008.

My i-140 was filed on september o6 and i just got it approved last month , infopass want help, just keep checking the current dates in processing time bulletin and if your filed date exceeds the processing date by one month than your company or your lawyer can open a service request. there is no other option except this.
