Hi All-

Did any one here get thier $1000 refunded because USCIS did not make a decision or sent an RFE in 15 calendar days ?

USCIS has very few days left on my premium case.

Premium service for I-140 was suspended July1 and is suspended now as well!

You say you are waiting for your PP decision, I would say they might have put it in the regular queue and is in the process of refunding you the $1000.

I converted my case to premium on June 26th(which is before suspension), then there was an RFE on my case. We reponded to the RFE.

NO. I sent the premium request myself. Also I saw the online status of my case change to premium

I filled out form I-907 and attached the check for $1000 payable to USCIS. The lawyer added the following:

1. G-28 (copy)
2. receipt copy of I140

sent to premium processing center in Nebraska, though my I 140 case is at TSC.

My lawyer submitted my application PP on May 23 but no updates since may 27 2007. It is still not approved and RFE. How can we check online if it was submitted PP?

Please let me know.

I did call them but they refused to divulge any info as only the employer or the attorney can request status updates .. or atleast that is what is was told by the person on the phone....:(

Did the automated system tell you your status when you entered the receipt number ? If it did that "may" mean you case is premium as this number is just for premium cases

loudobbs, Our office admin called the 18663155718 today and talked to an IO officer, they told her that my case is approved this morning, the online status did not change yet. Also I was present when our office admin called them, the IO officer did not ask our office admin if she was with the company or the lawyer, so I suggest you have your company rep call them or you can call them and you might get lucky.

They already cashed my check for premium processing, looks like they figured it's less work & more lucrative to adjudge my case than refund my money and put my case back in regular. My case is approved today !

and this time the IO officer told me that since I did not attached the original labor certificate, they cannot do PP on my application.. :( :(

Do you know approx processing time for cases where you want to change EB categories??

Mine was sent out in June 29 the last day for PP...Still no results...on line shows in proces???.:confused:

My I-140 was filed PP on June 28th. My lawyer said that they are getting the 1000 dollar checks back on most cases filed during the timeframe.
I don't have a receipt number to check the status. How do I get my receipt number.

When did you send it?

My case originally filed as regular. premium request recieved by USCIS on June 26th. and there was an RFE. I was counting days after USCIS received out RFE response. I sent out on June 15th. the online status said my case was converted to premium on june 26th

I got my money back because my lawyer had submitted copy of labor instead of original PERM labor and they had to request a duplicate of original from DOL which takes more that 15 days.
