Hi - I received my priority date for February 2008 from ex-employer. I was going through the permanent disclosure data on the following website FLCDataCenter.com (http://www.flcdatacenter.com/)
and the status on my entry is showing up as: "certified-expired ". What does "certified-expired" mean in permanent disclosure data.

Any information is much appreciated. Regards!

It means that your PERM labor certification is approved more than 6 months ago and so Now it can not be used for I 140 filing (but if I 140 was already filed in timely fashion; you are fine).
If your I 140 was already filed before the six months from the date of approval, you are fine. If you I 140 is not yet filed, you can not use that PERM.

Good Luck
